Smashed Potatos

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes
  2. Drain the potatoes and let them dry in the colander for 5 minutes or so
  3. Smash, brush with olive oil, salt/pepper
  4. Drizzle with butter, then olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Preheat to 200, bake for 45 minutes to 55 minutes or until deep golden and crispy.
