Ingredients

Directions

  1. Warm water + sugar + dry yeast, 10 minutes
  2. add to flour, baking soda + powder, add yoghurt and warm milk, knead, let sit for 1 hour
  3. divide into 8 baals, roll into oval shape, 1/4 inch thick (6.3 mm)
  4. brush with with melted butter / oil
  5. place in hot skillet, cover with a lid and bake for 1 minute, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side
