Ingredients
Pie Crust
- 1.5 cups + 3 spoons flour
- 170 g butter
- 4.5 - 6 spoons watee
- 3/4 tea sp salt
Filling
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 100+ g salmon
- 100+ g Goat Cheese
- Chives, salt, pepper, nutmeg
Directions
- Make crust, use quiche form, pre-bake 10 minutes
- whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, chives, salt, pepper, nutmegg
- add salmon + goat cheese + milk mix to quiche
- bake 45 minutes at 180 °
